|
Stan Ponz has a Doctor of Ministry degree with a special emphasis in church growth
and leadership. He is the founder of Make It Clear Ministries and the Vice
President of the Leadership Institute of America and Uniquely You Resources.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
As a minister since 1983, Dr. Ponz has pastored three churches. He has
planted a church in a suburban city in Texas, pastored in rural upstate New York, and
in a busy southern California Christian University and seminary city. He knows
the heart of people and shepherding in three different environments and the principles
of increasing member involvement while reducing conflict.

|
|
|
As an educator, Dr. Ponz founded a ministry training institute and a certified
Bible College. He also has been used to do consulting for various Christian
schools in the area of conflict management and vision casting. Dr. Ponz has
served in administration and on the faculty of four Bible Colleges, two of which are
Moody Bible Institute and Word of Life Bible Institute. He has served on the
Board of Advisors for one of America’s leading seminaries.

As a speaker, Dr. Ponz has spoken at numerous Bible Conferences around the
world. He has conducted training for many business and professional people in
the areas of health care, staff development, and conflict resolution.
|
|
|
|
|
|
As a writer, he has written numerous pamphlets on evangelism and discipleship
including evangelism-training material for Promise Keepers. He has also
participated in writing the Men’s Ministry Workbook for the two training seminars
used by them in equipping pastors and church leaders in getting more men effectively
involved in men’s ministries. Dr. Ponz has assisted in the editing of the
more recent editions of the Uniquely You Profiles and Facilitator Manuals.

As a youth leader, Dr. Ponz has been involved in planting youth ministries.
One of which has grown from six teenagers to over 400 in less than one year.
He has been a national youth conference speaker and a trainer of youth workers.
|
|
|
|
|
|
As a Christian counselor, Dr. Ponz founded a Christian counseling center that
became the largest and second oldest in its city. Many marriages have been
restored and relationships healed through the Biblical model and the Uniquely You
Resources he used in his sessions.
|

|
|
|
|
As a seminar presenter, Dr. Ponz has conducted “How To Develop A Men’s
Ministry” and “Building Men of Integrity” seminars for Promise Keepers. He
has also conducted “Discovering Your Giftedness” seminars and Certification
Training for Uniquely You. In addition he has also conducted seminars on
topics such as Church growth, assimilation, team building, conflict resolution,
leadership development, evangelism, discipleship, healthy marriages, and financial
freedom.

As a radio talk-show host, Dr. Ponz has been the bible teacher on the
national radio program Make It Clear and has been the host for many
years of a live call-in talk show. He has also participated as a guest
on numerous radio and television programs nationwide.
|
|
|
|
|
|
There is a combination of genuine passion and proven substance when Dr. Ponz
presents understandable principles from God’s Word to help people come to faith
in Jesus Christ and to become fully obedient worshippers of God.
