Dear Stan & Carol,
On behalf of Mountain Park United Methodist Church, I want to say a heartfelt "thank you" for sharing your hearts, lives, and wisdom with us on Sunday, October 28th.
Stan, your sermon Sunday morning was simple, direct, and dynamic. Several members approached me afterwards to tell me that they were personally moved and thanked me for "finding" you!
The afternoon session was incredibly clear and inspiring. One of our members, who has been struggling with making a decision about her involvement, said she is now praying about leading our evangelism team because of your inspiration. Having this person in that leadership role would be a perfect fit, so I am thankful you spoke to her in such a personal way. You were just the spark we needed to ignite a new enthusiasm about the gospel.
